Sir, I have some queries regarding my education but first check whether my birth time is correct or not as some astrologer told me that ascendant is on border and birth is also during night hours.

The birth details are as follows: 08 April 1982; 03-30 AM; Chalisgaon; 20N28; 75E01.

As per this time ascendant is at Makara 29-46-29 degree and co-rulers are Saturn/Mars/Saturn/Jupiter.

 This was judged on 5 June 2018; 16-10 PM; Thane.

RP were as follows: L=Venus; Ls=Rahu; S= Mars; R=Saturn; D=Mars.

Deciding Makara or Kumbha is very difficult as in both case sign lord and star lord is same.

 In such case decider is only sublord.

 In Makara sign last sub is of Saturn and in Kumbha sign first sub is Mercury.

So Mercury and Saturn give the correct clue.

 In RP Mercury is not present but Saturn is present hence Makara ascendant is confirmed.

 In RP Ls is Rahu hence Rahu can be considered as sub-sub lord and birth time comes at 3-27 to 3-29 AM.(Venus sub-sub can also be considered)

 Now let us check past events to confirm birth time.
