Birth Time Rectification

Sir, I want to correct my birth time as it is mentioned as during from 12 noon onwards.

 My date of birth is 20 May 1953; Pachora; 20N40; 75E21.

This was judged on 01 March 1994; 18-00 PM at Thane.

 RP were as follows: L=Leo/Sun; Ls= Ketu; S=Chitra/Mars; R=Tula/Venus; D=Mars.

At his birth place during noon time Leo/Kanya/Tula sign were on ascendant. Both Sun and Venus are in RP but Leo ascendant is considered as per priority of RP also native has furnished KP Number 105 which co-rulers are Sun/Sun/Rahu hence Leo ascendant is confirmed.

 In Leo sign Ketu/Venus/Sun star are present. Ketu star is considered as it is Ls in RP.

 Mars sub is considered as it appeared twice in RP.

 Venus sub-sub is considered as it was balance in RP.

 So Sun/Ketu/Mars/Venus is considered as an ascendant and time arrives at 12-22-30 pm.
