Will I get permanent in job?

Sir, I am working in one reputed company since 1979 and still on temporary basis. Management is not taking any decision about me as I am active in internal labour trade union. Some workers are willing to change the union and to support one big trade union leader. If company accepts this new union I will be thrown out. Please check my chart and guide me.

The birth details are as follows: 10 Aug 1961; 09-16 AM; Pen; 18N45; 73E05.

 It was judged during Jan 1994.

He was under Ketu/Mercury period till Dec 1994 signifies as follows:

Later he came to my house with sweet box and informed about his getting permanent in service.

He also added that company has not allowed the other trade union in company.
