When Rain will stop?

The data of this case is collected from case no 51 submitted by Hrishikesh Maharana.

 He has solved the case with help of RP and I am submitting it avoiding RP which is aim of 4 step theory.

The case is judged on 15 Sept 2018; 16-42 PM; Bangalore; 12N59; 77E35.

 I have applied the rules of longevity to this case hence checked 1^st sub signifies as follows:

Mercury signifies 7-8-12 houses indicate that it will stop at earlier stage.

 Now let us check strong significators of 1-12 houses which shows the end of rain.

 In the chart lord of 1^st is Saturn and Moon-Rahu are in Saturn star hence Moon and Rahu are strong significators of 1^st house.

 In the chart Mars-Ketu are in 12^th house.

No planets in Mars star hence strong significator of 12^th house.

 Saturn is in Ketu star hence Saturn became strong significator of 12^th house.

 While solving such cases I consider 8^th house and badhaka house strong significations, but in this case both have not played major role.

Now we have to consider transit of ascendant.

 At the time of judgment Kumbha ascendant Mars star was in progress.

 Saturn is strong significator of 12^th house. Mars is also strong significator but can’t be considered due to fixed sign ascendant.

Next star is of Rahu who is strong significator of 1^st house.

 So event will happen in Saturn sign Rahu star.

 Moon and Mars are balance significators can be considered.

 Again Mars can be selected due to fixed sign.

 So rain will stop when ascendant will transit in Saturn/Rahu/Mars and time arrives at 17-47 PM.
