Elections When?

Due to no confidence motion President dissolved parliament and declared for Loksabha elections. This was announced on 17 April 1999 and Hon Bajpayee was caretaker of parliament. Now everyone was eager to know when elections will take place. My friends asked me to predict election dates and I have decided to solve this query.

This was judged on 28 April 1999; 17-58 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58.

 Horary Number was 46.

 I have checked directly dasa
