Promotion or Transfer

This case is solved by my guru in one seminar held at Pune. The native approached him for promotion.

 The birth details are as follows: 04 April 1934; 16-03 PM; 14N48; 74E18.

In the chart 4^th and 10^th sub is Rahu signifies as follows:

PLANET : RAHU

Rahu is in star of Mars and signifies 6-2-9-11 houses indicate higher post due to higher education.

The native was vice-chancellor of University.

 He approached during 1989 at the age of 55 and eager to know his next promotion.

 He was under Moon dasa from Oct 1983 and signifies as follows:

Mercury signifies 2-6-10 houses along with 3-5-9 houses.

My guruji has not seen antara as the period is for one years. So he checked Sun transit.

 He has chosen Sun transit in Cancer sign; Mercury star as dasa/bhukti of Moon/Mercury was in progress.

 He selected Venus sub as it is lord of 10^th house at 21 degree and predicted July 1989 period.

 But his prediction was not for promotion but for transfer.

The native got transfer in same month.

 I asked him why he has not got promotion when it is indicate promotion.

 He simply says due to Moon dasa he will not get promotion as Moon is satellite of Earth and not the planet.

 Further he quoted one incidence about prediction made by KSK.

 KSK predicted for Mr Moraraji Desai that you will become Deputy Chief Minister and not Chief Minister as he is under Moon dasa. In actual Mr Morarji Desai was selected as DCM.
