Release from Jail

Elder brother was in jail from 28 Sept 1991. He asked me query whether my brother will be released from jail? If yes then when?

 This query was judged on 11 May 1997; 15-21 PM; Aurangabad; 19N55; 75E20. KP Number furnished was 09.

 The chart is rotated to 11^th house as query was for elder brother.

 In the rotated chart 4^th sub is Mars signifies as follows:

Saturn signifies 2^nd house but on 4^th step it signifies 3^rd house. Closer look at chart will reveal that Venus is on 4^th cusp within orb of 4 degree hence Saturn signifies 2-4 houses.

Since the ascendant is of movable sign the event should be materialized fast.

At the time of judgment Moon antara was in progress but Mars signifies 11^th house on 4 Step hence considered which signifies as follows:
