 My focus was on Pluto and it was on 4^th cusp and also aspect by Pluto.

 In the chart 4^th sub is Mercury which is favorable to have ownership house due to signification of 4-12 houses. He owned ownership house.

 I asked him whether he face any problem in property matter.

 He said that we have owned our house by paying from our pockets. For the safety purpose we have added fathers name also. Now father is expired and we want to delete the name of father from society register.

Society has asked to provide NOC from heirs and young brother is not signing the documents and claims his rights on hereditary property.
