Bhukti lord do not signify 2-7-11 houses

This is post analysis case. One KP follower asked me why native got married in Mercury bhukti when it doesn’t signifies 2-7 or 11 houses.

 The birth details of male native are as follows: 30 June 1987; 19-45 PM; Shimoga; 14N05; 75E20.

In the chart 7^th sub is Ketu signifies as follows:

Ketu signifies 2-8-11 houses indicate marriage. Saturn indicates delay.

 But when I judged this chart today ( 20-09-2017) Moon is in Virgo sign and day lord is also Mercury hence considered it as cuspal sub which signifies as follows:

 Due to dual sign ascendant we can choose Moon antara as it signifies as follows:
