This case is the further discussions on case # 187.

 Her chart was analyzed on 12 Aug 2017 for selling the property and it was not indicating at earlier date hence I have not intimated to her.

After calling me for 2-3 times she visited my office on 11^th Sept 2017 and asked me about her query. I replied my answer.

 I asked her why you need to sell the property at this age. She said I remained unmarried for to take care of my family members. Her birth star is Ashlesha who takes the burden of family.

In the chart 7^th sub as per noted time is Rahu signifies as follows:

 PLANET : RAHU

Rahu signifies 7-8-11 houses indicate marriage.

But she was unmarried hence need to rectify the time.

This was judged on 11 Sept 2017; 17-12-54 PM; Thane and RP were as follows: L= Makara/Saturn; S=Sun; R=Venus; D= Moon.

Since ascendant is on border of Taurus. I was expecting it as Mars ascendant but her stature was of Taurus and Mars was not in RP but Venus/Sun were in RP hence I have corrected the ascendant as Venus/Sun/Saturn/Moon as sign/star/sub/sub-sub and time arrives at 11-54 AM.

I have erected the chart and 7^th sub is Saturn signifies as follows:

 PLANET : SATURN

Saturn signifies 5-11-7-8 houses indicate marriage.

 In the chart Mercury aspect Pluto and if orb is increased then Moon is in conjunct with Pluto.

So only if 7^th sub is Mercury then unmarried status will be indicated.

Again I have checked RP and included L star which is Mars and Mars closely conjunct with Mercury.

Now my problem was over and again corrected sub as Mercury and sub-sub as Venus and the time rectified comes at 11-58 AM.

 Now 7^th sub is Mercury signifies as follows:

Now Mercury and its star Moon are afflicted by Pluto indicates unmarried status.

In the chart 10^th sub is Mars in star of Jupiter hence indicate carrier related to education/finance field and she was teacher.

 During Moon/Mercury period she was suspended. Both are afflicted by Pluto.

She applied the case in court and lower court approved her case but opposite party approached high court and now case is in high court and due to above she is not getting pension also.

 Hope she will win in the court.

As per vedic in her chart Sun-Mars-Jupiter conjunct Rahu in 10^th house shows misery in life.
