Male native had some negotiations for land purchase and he want to know when this deal will be complete and hence asked above query.

 This was judged on 11 April 1991; 17-45 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58. KP Number 12 was taken out from token box.

This was analyzed by KP stellar method.

 In the chart 4^th sub is Mercury who is in 12^th house and lord of 3 and 6. Mercury is in star of Ketu in 3^rd house and its lord ship Moon is in 11^th house.

 This indicates deal will be complete.

 Following RP was at the time of judgment: L=Kanya/Mercury; S=Shatataraka/Rahu; R=Kumbha/Saturn; D=Jupiter.

 Since the deal will be complete within the year I have decided to check Sun transit.

Sun was in Meena sign and RP suggests it should be materialized when Sun will transit in Mithun sign in Rahu star Saturn sub and period will be around 27^th June 1991.

 I have predicted the date which arrived. But the deal was not successful on this date.
