Missing Younger Brother

Sir, my younger brother is missing from 18 March 1991. We have searched him but couldn’t find him. Can you see his whereabouts?

This was judged on 22 March 1991; 19-24 PM; Thane; 19N12; 52E58. KP Number was given 51.

I have decided to check first 11^th sub and if it connects to 3^rd house (younger brother) then brother will meet him.

In the chart 11^th sub is Saturn deposited in 8^th house and lord of 8 and 9. Saturn is in star of Moon in 12^th house and lord of 2.

 Thus Saturn is not connected to 3^rd house indicate that his brother will not return to home. This was my first conclusion.

 Now we have to check his longevity and getting the news about his whereabouts.

The chart is rotated to 3^rd house as query is related to younger brother.

 In the rotated chart 1^st sub is Rahu but Mars was in RP hence Mars is considered which signifies as follows:

 Now I have decided to check the Moon transit.

When Moon will activate 3^rd house then we can hear the news about his whereabouts.

 In the chart Tula sign is in 3^rd house own by Venus. No planets in its star hence stronger to give news during activation.

At the time of judgment Moon was in Saturn star and its transit in Venus star will be on 28^th March 1991.

So I have predicted that your brother is safe but he will not return to your home and you will get the news around 28^th March 1991.

 Later on 30^th March 1991 he gets the postcard indicating that he is going to his native place and not will to come back at least for year.
