This case is sent to me by our follower. In this chart 7^th sub is Rahu which is in Meena sign as per mean node but if true Rahu is considered then it will be in Mesha sign at 1 deg.47 minutes and then it indicates delay in marriage.

 While replying him I said we have to follow only mean nodes as it is indicated by KSK who have got good support from Lord Ganesha.

 The point you have raised for late marriage will have other factors which are in the chart which I will point out.

 The birth details of male native are as follows: 03 April 1968; 06-15 AM; Mumbai; 18N58; 72E49. 

In the chart 7^th sub is Rahu but Mars is in RP hence considered as cuspal sub lord signifies as follows:

 Also as per vedic Saturn aspect Moon and 7^th house is also indicate delay. Moreover Mercury-Venus has aspect of Pluto also indicate abnormal delay.

 His Rahu dasa was upto Jan 1999 at the age of 31 has not given him marriage. And that is the reason Rahu is not 7^th cuspal sublord and not given marriage during his dasa.

 In this chart major planets are afflicted by Pluto and its result is not known hence can’t comment on it but my experience says that he must have suffered heavy losses in life.
