When I will get the money?

Sir, I have sold my flat and buyer has not given me the balance money since last two months. The buyer has applied for home loan and he assured to get it within this month. Can you predict when I will get the money?

 The birth details are as follows: 09 April 1953; 06-10-AM; Solapur; 17N41; 75E55
