Regarding change in Job

Sir, I have decided to change the job and I have got offer letter of one company to join in first week of Sept 2018 but at the same time I had a successful interview in second company and I am waiting for their offer letter as company is offering me attractive salary. So when I will get offer letter from second company or I will have to join company where I have offer letter.

 The birth details are as follows: 20 March 1987; 5-59 AM; Pune; 18N32;73E52.

 This was judged on 27 Aug 2018; 16-16 PM at Thane and Mercury/Mars/Ketu period was in progress till 31st Aug 2018 signifies as follows:

 Later he informed me that he joined first company on 3rd Sept 2018.

    Dear sir, do we need to consider ascedent star lord as ruling planet when confirming cuspal sub lord.

    In 4 step theory RP are taken for to confirm cuspal sublord hence only 4 or 5 RP are considered. If you add Lagna sub; conjunction; aspect; Moon sub then all 9 planets will be as RP and then again it will be confusing which is to be selected
