Young man approached me to know his carrier progress. His birth was at small village and thus doesn’t know the exact birth date also.

So I have erected horary chart on 14 Jan 2017; 13-41-22 PM at Thane; 19N12; 72E58. KP number generated as 246.

This person is blind.

 As per vedic lord of 2 is placed in 12^th with Ketu. Also Venus-Karaka of eye- is in 12^th with Ketu indicate loss of vision.

 As per KP 2^nd sub is Ketu is in star of Rahu indicate affected vision.

1^st sub is Mars who are in 12^th house indicate defects.

In horary chart 7^th sub is Sun in own star and in Rahu sub. His second son’s birth star is Swati owned by Rahu.

One more point I have noted in this chart.

 In one seminar one senior KP astrologer told that the query can be judged from the placement of Ketu rather than Moon.

 In this chart Ketu is in 11^th house and his query is for promotion.
