I was reading KP Astro Science KP monthly magazine June/July 2017. I have seen one article on page number 20 of the said subject.

 The analysis was based on signification of star levels and prediction with help of Ruling Planets.

In our method (4 step theory) we avoid the help of RP for to determine DBA.

 The details are as follows: 21 Dec 2016; 14-45-01 PM; Secunderabad; 17N27; 78E30. KP number furnished was 03.

I have casted the horary chart and found that 4^th sub is Ketu in star of Rahu.

This first condition doesn’t allow buying house to native.

 Hence I have decided to check the results as per time chart since many time questioners furnish their favorite number.

When I cast the chart the results found are very correct.

 Here is my analysis. In the said chart 4^th sub is Moon signifies as follows:

 Dasa/Bhukti signifies 4-11 houses and to complete chain we need 12^th house which is signified by Jupiter/Saturn/Mercury signifies as follows:

Mercury signifies 2-11-12 houses. 2^nd house is supportive house for property hence Mercury will be powerful hence we can select Mercury antara which is from 21 Jan to 14 March 2017.

Moon sookshma can be considered as it is cuspal sub of 4^th house and the period is during 12 Feb to 16Feb 2017.

 In actual native given advance on 8^th Feb and registration was on 13 Feb 2017.

The intention of writing the article is not to criticize anyone but to show simple method to avoid RP help in judging the event.
