Change in Job or Promotion

This male native was working in small sector and he got one offer from another institute but he was willing to get promotion. Hence he asked me whether promotion or change in job is indicated in my fate.

 He has taken out token number 51.

This was judged on 02 Feb 1995; 18-58-24 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58.
