Birth Time Rectification and Marriage

Parents of this female native approached me and narrated that I am working in same company of Mr Hasbe and I have doubt about the ascendant of her as birth time is on the border of Leo and Kanya. Mr Hasbe has advised me to contact you for this matter. He assured me that you will do this job.

 The birth details are as follows: 9 July 1970; Thane; time about 11-00 am.

 This was judged on 30 March 1991; 15-53 PM at Thane and RP were as follows:

L=Leo/Sun; S=Hasta/Moon; R=Kanya/Mercury; D=Saturn.

 In RP Sun and Mercury are present but Sun has more priority as it is appeared as Lagna lord hence Leo ascendant was confirmed.

 In Leo ascendant last pada is of Sun only hence selected same as starlord.

 In Sun star only Sun-Moon-Mars-Rahu sub are balance out of which Moon is in RP hence selected as sub lord and Mercury sub-sub is selected.

 Thus Sun/Sun/Moon/Mercury selected and time arrives as 10-55 AM.

Still I have doubt about this selection because Mercury/Sun/Saturn/Moon priority is also available.

 Hence I asked her to take out one token number from token box and it was number 20 whose sub is Moon.

 So I have stick to birth time as 10-55 AM.

This was solved by stellar method.

She was under Mars dasa. Mars is in 11^th house.

 Jupiter is in 2^nd house and Saturn is lord of 7^th house.

 So Mars dasa, Jupiter or Saturn bhukti will be able to give marriage.

 Sun transit in Scorpio sign and Saturn star period is during December 1992 or Sun transit in Meena sign and Saturn star is during March 1992. So I have indicated above period to them.

But it was not materialized during this period.

Now when referred this case paper I have decided to check by 4 step theory.

In the chart 7^th sub is Venus signifies as follows:

At first glance it shows negative. But Sun-Mercury is conjunct and Mercury is near to 11^th cusp hence it signifies 11^th house (That’s why I ask to check manually)
