This case is solved when I have started to test the 4 step theory. During that time we were avoiding noting Ruling Planets at the time of judgment but later started to note down RP for comparison and they were only used to confirm cuspal sub lord.

 Relative of this male native approached for to know his marriage probability.

The birth details are as follows: 30 Oct 1966; 19-12 PM; Mumbai; 18N58; 72E49.

 In the chart many planets signifies 2-7-11 houses hence in such case nodes gives the result.

 So either Ketu or Rahu will give the marriage. 

Rahu is the cuspal sub lord of 7^th house hence can be given wattage hence Rahu antara selected and the period is from Dec 1994 to April 1995.

So I have predicted Dec 1994 will be marriage period.

In actual he got married on 4 Dec 1994.
