 Since there were chances of coalition between Congress and NCP I have considered checking it for this coalition.

 In actual it was declared on 16^th Oct 1999 when Moon was in Venus star and Hon. Vilasrao Deshmush was declared as Chief Minister.

 In actual he is still in his house safely.

 But sub level indicates 4-10-12-9 houses. If we increase orb is then Jupiter aspect 2^nd cusp. Also presence of 9^th house has not shown total negativity.

 Hence Mars bhukti is selected.

 Now to select antara is very difficult in such case as major planets are connected to Rahu/Ketu indicate abnormal delay.

 In such case cuspal sub comes to rescue is stated by KSK hence selected Venus antara which period is during Sept- Oct 1999.

 I have predicted this period. Native and her father get tensed after hearing my prediction. I have suggested some remedies.

 Since horary is seen on Mercury star I know that this case will have to be reviewed again.

 During Jan 1999 her father visited my office and asked me to review the case study papers.

Since Mercury has given effect I have now selected Mercury antara when reviewed which is during June-July 1999.

 Now he got satisfied. Later he visits to my office during Jan 2000 for another query he given feedback that her daughter got married on 9 May 1999 when Moon was in Dhanishta star ruled by Mars.
