Whether I have to vacate my house

Sir, I am in deep trouble. My case about default of loan repayment will be against me and if I lost the case then I will have to vacate my house. Can you check it?

 All this combination indicates that he will not have to vacate his house and his property will be intact.

So I predicted that you will not have to vacate the house even you lost the case.

 In actual he is still in his house safely.
