Will I have to come back to India?

Relative of this male native approached me during May 2017. He has applied for green card but his visa was to expire in Feb 2018. If couldn’t get green card before expiry of visa then he will have to come back to India. I have checked the chart and found that the chances of return back in India are not seen in the chart hence told him that he will continue to stay abroad.

 But recently on 10^th Feb 2018 he again called me and asked to review his chart as expiry of visa will be on 29^th Feb 2018.

The birth details are as follows: 27 March 1977; 11-10 AM; Dombivli; 19N13; 73E05.

He was under Saturn/Ketu period till Oct 2018 signifies as follows: (Bracketed figures are strong signification)

For to come back in India (homeland) 4^th house must be signified which is not signified by dasa/bhukti hence possibility to come back is not seen.

When I reviewed the chart I have again seen antara.

 Mars antara was in progress till 20 Feb 2018 signifies as follows:

Mars signifies 5-11-6-3 houses. Dasa/bhukti/antara signifies 11^th house strongly with 3-9 houses indicate that his visa will be renewed before 20 Feb 2018.

 Next day I replied him that his visa will be renewed before 20^th and there are no chances to return back.

 In actual his relatives message me on 14^th Feb 2018 that he got visa.
