Sir, my wife wants to do business of Beauty Parlor and for which she has applied for bank loan. Can you please tell me when will she get the loan?

 This was judged on 30 March 1996; 10-42 AM; Kalyan; 19N14; 73E07.

The chart is rotated to 7^th house as query was for wife.

 Jupiter gets retrograde from 5^th May 1996 and will be in Jupiter sub on 11 June 2016.

But Jupiter is in star of Venus which is retro hence this period will also not favorable.

Venus is retro till 2^nd July 1996 but on 28 June 1996 Jupiter moves in Rahu sub which is favorable.
