Owning the House

Sunil Sir, I am willing to have own house. Can you guide me about this matter? As the building is in construction stage and may take one more year to complete. The concern person is assuring me the possession hence check whether the person is reliable.

 This was judged on 6 Sept 1994; 21-43-30 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58. KP Number furnished 162.

4^th sub Venus is in star of Mars indicates 6^th and 9^th floor but building was of 4 or 5 floor storied. But Venus is conjoined with Jupiter indicate 3rd floor.

 Venus is also with Rahu indicates that he may not use it for family or may give for rent.

 I have indicated above prediction.

 Later he informed me that he has booked 3^rd floor.

The building was completed in March 1996 and we have taken possession in April 1996. His plan was to use it for office purpose or for investment only.
