This chart of male native was cast by me after his birth and the readings for education were predicted by me during somewhere in 2004.

The birth details are as follows: 12 Jan 2002; 13-00 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58

In the chart 4^th sub is Rahu but I have checked previous and next sub also as birth time may have difference signifies as follows:

Venus signifies 9-10 houses indicate higher education. Venus in Sun star and if 4^th sub consider as Mars then education in medical line will be favorable for this native was predicated by me.

But during 2015 parents reached my office and told to recheck the chart as boy is not taking any interest in education. The school authorities also warned him for bad progress.

 I have rechecked the chart.

4^th sub as Mars was confirmed from RP indicate good education.

 But Dasa is of Venus during education period is afflicted by Pluto.

 In the chart Sun-Venus formed evil aspect of 36 degree with Pluto (which I was not considered in 2004).

Also Mercury is conjunct with Neptune.

 So educational progress seem to be difficult.

Next dasa of Sun is also afflicted by Pluto hence I advised some remedies but given clear cut indication of fact.

Will Rahu is the 4^th cuspal sub lord in the chart? (But I have not realized it in every visit by verification by RP)
