Why Native could not travel

One of my friend’s daughter was to come from foreign at home during end of Oct 2018. All the ticket booking was confirmed and also return journey was also confirmed but prior to travel she messaged that she will not be able to come to India as she had some opportunity of job.

I was also eager to know why she could not come back to India.

 The birth details are as follows: 04 Dec 1995; 13-38 PM; Dombivli; 19N13; 73E05.

 She was under Moon/Jupiter/Venus period from Sept to Dec 2018 signifies as follows:

 Hence antara has not allowed her to come back at home.

Since she is now in search of job she may get the job in Venus antara as it signifies 10th house strongly.

 The period is during the end of Dec 2018.
