When will I have Issue?

Female native approached me 3 years back for to know about her carrier and then she asked about issue.

When I checked 5th sub it was denying progeny so I have indicated her that there are very few chances to have child.

Recently again she approached me on 29 Sept 2018 on Saturday.

She again asked me for issue.

The birth details are as follows: 13 June 1982; 21-59PM; Parel/Mumbai; 19N00; 72E50.

In the chart 5th sub is Saturn which was in RP (today also it is in RP) signifies as follows:

Saturn signifies 4-10 houses on sub level are detrimental for progeny. Saturn also formed evil aspect of 70 degree with Neptune confirms the negativity

Dasa is also of Saturn till July 2022 which is not helpful.

I have asked her to adopt the child but she and her husband are reluctant to adopt the child.

Will she have child in future?
