This male native approached me on 27 July 2016 for to know the result of divorce. 

The birth details are as follows: 01 June 1979; 21-50 PM; 17n32; 73e31.

 In the chart 7^th sub is Mercury who was in RP signifies as follows:

PLANET : MERCURY

Itself :-------------- Mercury:- (5)   7 (9)  

It's N.Swami :-------- Moon:- (8)   8  

It's Sub :------------ Venus:- (4)   5 (6) (10)  

It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Venus:- (4)   5 (6) (10)

Mercury signifies 5-8 houses on star level but signifies 4-6-10 houses on sub level does not indicate marriage but in actual he got married in Mercury bhukti

So I probed further and found that Mars is in conjunction with 5 degree orb can be considered as they are fast moving planets and now due to Mars it adds 11-12 houses.

So cuspal sub indicate marriage and divorce too..

 In the chart Mercury aspect Neptune with 5 degree orb and Venus aspect Uranus.; Saturn and Rahu formed evil aspect of 39 and 33 degree with Pluto respectively.

 He got married in Venus dasa signifies as follows:

 Since cuspal sub indicates it leads to divorce.

 Moon/Mercury period was in progress when judged the chart signifies as follows:

Moon signifies 2-5-8 houses which are not supportive to get divorce but Rahu and Saturn are afflicted by Pluto.

 But Mercury signifies 4-6-10-12 houses will be favourable to get divorce.

Jupiter signifies 1-3 houses are favourable to get divorce. I have indicated this period of July/Aug 2017 to him.

 Dasa/Bhukti were strongly signifies 8^th house hence I told him that you will have to pay compensation for to get divorce.

 His wife demanded huge amount as compensation from him and thus case is pending for last 2 years in the court.

 Unfortunately I have not got feedback but major planets indicate divorce is sure.
