Failure of my Prediction

One of the famous KP astrologers predicted for one election results and which was published in one KP magazine.

 Unfortunately his prediction was failed and thus he seeks the opinions of other followers to comments which were published in one group.

 My reply is presenting here for your knowledge.

This was judged on 17 April 2008; 22-39 PM; 15N35; 78E20. KP Number was 111.

 The query was” Will Congress wins the bye-election to be held on 29 May 2008?”

Since the query is raised by astrologer himself and not by any supporter of party hence in such case we have to rotate the chart to 9^th house.

 In the rotated chart 6^th sub is Rahu signifies as follows:

Rahu signifies 2-3-10-11 houses are favorable for to win but in the chart Rahu is closely conjunct with Neptune.

 On the 4^th step also Ketu is aspect by Neptune thus result turned out to negative.

This is called Neptune Effects.
