this male native approached me for the above query.
The birth
details are as follows: 07 Oct 1962; 21-55 PM; Mumbai; 18N58; 72E49.
When I cast
this chart brother asked me whether he have Dhanu sign.
I said no it is Makara.
He had one old styled chart wherein Moon was
in Dhanu sign and birth time mentioned as 9-55. Pundit has casted the chart as
per morning timings.
I said let me check whether birth is at night
or in morning.
This was
judged on 21Feb 2018; 16-42 PM; Thane.
RP were as follows: L=Cancer/Moon; S=Venus;
R=Mars; D=Mercury.
Moon and Venus are in RP indicates birth at
night is confirmed.
Now let us come back to our main topic.
I have not
checked 4th sub as he had one property at native place and now
staying in rental house.
He is under
Saturn/Saturn period till Sept 2020 signifies as follows:

Thus
dasa/bhukti/antara are afflicted by Neptune and Pluto hence I have advised him
to not to buy house as it indicate cheating.
His brother also then agrees that the deal
which was in progress have many chances of cheating.
