This question was solved by our member of my magazine and asked me to publish it. The article was based on sub-sub theory. He tried to prove it by application of Kar Theory.

 Basically I am not favoring this method as there are many concepts which change the sub lord of cusp, and then there is no guarantee of sub-sub lord.

 This query can be easily solved by our 4 step theory which gives correct answer.

 This was judged on 09 July 2006; 22-01 PM; Chandrapur; 19n57; 97e18.

 This is a time chart and no KP number was selected. The query was in favour of France and it is not rotated to 9^th house.

 But in time chart 6^th sub is Rahu signifies as follows:

PLANET : RAHU

Itself :-------------- Rahu:- 1       Rashi-Swami Jupiter 8   2 11

It's N.Swami :-------- Saturn:- (6)   1 (12)  

It's Sub :------------ Saturn:- 6   1 12  

It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Mercury:- (5)   5 8  

Rahu signifies 5^th house on 4^th step clearly indicate that France will not win the match.

 While as per his calculations (may be due to different ayanamsha) 6^th sub is Jupiter signifies as follows:

 PLANET : JUPITER

Itself :-------------- Jupiter:- 8   2 11  

It's N.Swami :-------- Rahu:- (1)      Rashi-Swami Jupiter (8)   (2) (11)

It's Sub :------------ Ketu:- 7       Rashi-Swami Mercury 5   5 8

Here also Jupiter signifies 5^th house on 4^th step indicate loss of France.

 But as per theory we rotate the chart as we can’t be representative of France.

In rotated chart 6^th sub is Jupiter which also indicate 9^th house on 4^th step clearly indicate that France will not win this match.

 Interested ones can check it by rotating the chart.

Finally Italy won the world cup.

This post is not written against the sub-sub theory but to prove that sublord theory is Suprimo!!!
