Ruling Planet May not Help

Male native asked me for his marriage probability and furnished KP Number 42.

 This was judged on 01 Dec 1993; 17-20 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58.

 In the chart 7^th sub Ketu signifies as follows:

PLANET : KETU

Itself :-------------- Ketu:- (12)      Rashi-Swami Venus (6)   6

It's N.Swami :-------- Sun:- (6)   (4)  

It's Sub :------------ Venus:- (6)   6     Saturn-Drusht  (9)   9 (10)

It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Saturn:- (9)   9 (10)  

Ketu signifies 4-6-12 houses on star level and also 6-9-10 houses on sub level. Ketu does not signify 2-7-11-5-8 houses and more over signifies 4-6-10-12 houses which are negative for marriage.

 But my opinion was since it signifies 9 th house it will not negate the marriage though married life may be unhappy.

 Since it was very critical horary chart I have presented this chart in our group for discussion.

 One member has told that Moon is not reflecting query but in chart Moon aspect by Jupiter who is lord of 7 and 11 houses indicate query is correct.

Rahu/Saturn period was in progress signifies as follows:

 PLANET : RAHU

Rahu only signifies 9^th house.

Rahu doesn’t signify 2-7-11 houses on star level. Rahu dasa can’t be eliminated as it was up to June 2005.

Some members asked to check RP which are as follows: L= Taurus/Venus; Ls= Krittika/Sun; S=Ardra/Rahu; R=Mithun/Mercury; D=Mercury.

 From RP Rahu/Mercury/Venus or Sun period was selected which was during May 1996.

But my prediction was different as follows:

Saturn signifies 5-7-8-11 houses indicate that bhukti will give the result.

In the chart Mars is the only planet who signifies 2^nd house as follows:

Mars signifies 2-5-7-8-11 houses and period is during June-Aug 1994.

I have written letter and indicated this period to him.

 Later in Dec 1994 I have received his letter stating that he got married on 1^st July 1994.
