Longevity

One KP follower called me and asked me to help for to know the astrological reason of his wife’s death. 

The birth details of his wife are as follows: 10 October 1958; Chandrapur/Maharashtra; 19N57; 79E18; Birth time was approx between 10 to 10-30 AM morning. 

His wife met in accident on 5 Sept 2016 and expired on 6th Sept 2016.

 Since the birth time was approximate it needs to correct it so I judged it on 28 Sept 2016; 16-00 PM; Thane and RP were as follows: LS: Mars , L: Saturn , S: Mercury , R: Moon , D: Moon. 

With the help of this RP I have selected Scorpio ascendant and Mercury/Ketu/Saturn as star/sub/sub-sub which indicate birth time as 10-17-30 AM. 

In the chart 1^st sub is Ketu signifies as follows:
