Is Rumour True or False?

On 28 Nov 2016 there was rumour that Governor of R.B.I. will be going to resign from his post.

 I have decided it to check through astrologically.

Immediately I have generated random number from software and erected chart at 14-59-32 PM at Thane and KP Number was 113.

In this horary chart 3^rd sub is Sun who is in Saturn star and in Mars sub.

Saturn indicates false rumour and Mars indicate mischievous.

 I declared it within my group.

Later it found that Governor has not resigned.
