This male native approached me during Dec 2013 for to know carrier progress.

 The birth details are as follows: 16 April 1963; 21-07PM; Pune; 18N32; 73E52.

 He was under Jupiter/Venus period till Aug 2014 which signifies as follows:

Jupiter signifies 11^th house along with 3-5 houses indicate changes in the job.

 He was under Saturn antara till 29 Jan 2014 which signifies as follows:

He was trying hard for to change the job but was not getting success.

 On the other hand superior tortures him.

 Current transit of Saturn was in Tula sign at 24 degree and natal Neptune is at Tula sign at 21 degree, also transit Saturn aspect Moon too. 

Planetary condition was not favorable. 

I ask him to take medical leave and perform some pooja till transit of Saturn leaves Moon and Neptune.
