I was thinking to stop writing on Pluto/Neptune effects but I think KSK has desire it to carry on.

 One female native approached me and asked to check her chart.

The birth details are as follows: 29 October 1985; 14-04 PM; Mumbai; 18N58; 72E49.

My practice is to check the position of Pluto and Neptune in the chart.

In this chart Sun is associated with Ketu and conjunct with Pluto. Moon is associated with Rahu by 4 degree difference.

 Hence Moon and Sun are afflicted by Pluto.

The native is blind.

She is fair in look and can’t be judged as blind but Pluto effects are seen on eyes.

Saturn signifies 5-9 houses indicate love marriage but Saturn has evil aspect of 33 degree with Neptune indicate delay.

 I have work with DBA and indicated period of marriage.

 Let us hope she will get married in next year.
