Birth Time Rectification

Case Study SG # 70
Birth Time Rectification

This male native wants to prepare his chart but he was not sure about birth year. He knows that he born on Saturday in Chaitra month and birth time range from 5 pm to 6-30 pm. I have decided to help him.

This was judged on 24 Feb 2017; 14-32 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58.

RP were as follows: L=Mercury; Ls= Rahu; S=Moon; R=Saturn; D= Venus

We will fix the year first. He was born in 1953 or 1954. Chaitra month falls in April so I have checked Jupiter position.

In 1953 Jupiter was in Aries sign and in 1954 he was in Taurus. Venus is in RP hence year is fixed as 1954.

In Chaitra month 4 Saturday falls on following days and the Moon position will be as follows:

1.     10 April 1954- Moon in Cancer-Purnarvasu star

2.     17 April 1954- Moon in Kanya- Chitra star

3.     24 April 1954- Moon in Dhanu sign- Purvashadha star

4.     01 May 1954- Moon in Revati star.

In above Moon sign and its star were not matched with RP hence decided to judge with Moon star.

Venus and Mercury are present in RP so 24 April or 1May has to be selected. Due to Mercury has more weitage in RP I have considered Revati star hence 1st May 1954 was fixed.

Now we have to fix ascendant.

 He was born at Alandi-Devachi; 18N40; 73E54.

During the approximate birth time Kanya and Tula ascendant was present. Both are in RP.

In Kanya Moon star is available but in RP Ls is Rahu which has to be given more importance hence Tula ascendant Rahu star selected. He was Artist hence also Tula ascendant was selected.

Saturn sub and Mercury sub-sub selected and birth time corrected to 18-24 PM.

Now let us check some past events.

He got married on 23 May 1979 during Venus/Mercury/Ketu period which signifies as follows:

PLANET : VENUS
Itself :-------------- Venus:- 7   1 8  Cusp Yuti: (8)
It's N.Swami :-------- Moon:- (6)   (10)

It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Mercury:- (6)   9 (12)  Cusp Yuti: (7)       Saturn-Drusht  (1)   (4) (5)

Venus signifies 8-7-5 houses.

 PLANET : KETU

It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Ketu:- (9)      Rashi-Swami Mercury (6)   9 (12)

Ketu signifies 8-7 houses.

In the chart 11th house is signifies by Sun only as follows:

 PLANET : SUN
Itself :-------------- Sun:- (7)   (11)
It's N.Swami :-------- Venus:- (7)   1 8  Cusp Yuti: (8)
It's Sub :------------ Mars:- 3   2 7  Cusp Yuti: (3)       Saturn-Drusht  1  4 5
It's Sub's N.Swami :-- Ketu:- (9)      Rashi-Swami Mercury (6)   9 (12)

Sun signifies 7-8-11 houses and marriage celebrated in Sun sookshma period.

In the chart 10th sub is Sun hence he was working in Govt. organization.

In the chart 4th sub is Moon and thus job was not related with education.

Major planets are connected to 3rd house and as a result he has written 23 books on Arts and Handwriting which were published during 2004 to 2009.

He was awarded Gunavant Kamgar Award in 1996.

So his birth date and timing matches with past events.

  2. One more informative article from you! Sunilji. Thanks a lot for that.....I am enjoying reading ur blog since last 1 month.I have studied vedic astrology 10 yrs back both parashari and Jaimini. And got introduced to KP and ruling planets 2 year back. I think in 4 steps.. you are successful in getting more accuracy..as here u used the concept of strong significators and u omited all weak significators. For Prasna Chart if we use Normal Chaitra paksha Lahiri Aymansha..then still can use 4 step? or no? I think it is based on theory of randomness with selecting 1 number so...lahiri ayamansha also shd give answers..for 4 step Krishnamurt Aymansha is to be used only? have u tried with LAHIRI AYMANSHA? What is email id to contact...Thanks and regds - MANOJ C. SATHE,MUMBAI

  3. dear Manoj, astrology is a science of experience. I prefer to use KP ayanamsha as what is specified by KSK but you can apply Lahiri as it is matter of 6 minutes difference only. You try it and convey your experience. You can contact me on sunilalaka@gmail.com
