Redevelopment Agreement

Chairman of one of the housing society approached me. The members were wish for to redevelopment of the building but chairman was not getting proper proposal and matter was delays for long time. Now he wants to know when agreement will be done.

 This was judged on 23 July 2016; 16-04-10 PM; Thane; 19N12; 72E58. KP Number generated 133.

 I have asked him to be cautious in the deal.

 Later he informed me that one agreement was dealt with one builder in first week of Nov 2016.

But due to demonetization effects builder shown his inability to proceed further and cancelled the agreement.

 Now Mars antara will be favorable to have agreement.
